H.E. the PUIC Secretary General, Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC expressed his most sincere congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Cipriano Cassam?, on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the National Assembly of the sisterly Republic of Guinea Bissau.
In his congratulatory message, he prayed to the Almighty God, to guarantee him success and guide him in accomplishing his mission. He also reiterated his willingness to strengthen relations of cooperation between the PUIC and the National Assembly of the sisterly Republic of Guinea Bissau.
