The Executive Committee

The Executive Committee has met at the following dates and places:-

1.The Founding Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Tehran on 17th June 1999.

2.The First Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Islamabad, Islamic Republic of Pakistan on 10 and 11 August 1999.

3.The Second Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Berlin on 15 October 1999.(on the side line of an IPU Conference)

4.Third Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Tehran on 27 February, 2000. (Held along with the Extra-ordinary Session of the Council)

5.The Fourth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt on 2nd July 2000.

6.The Fifth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt on 17 – 18 March, 2001.

7.The Sixth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco on 24 and 25 September 2001. (Held along with the 2nd Session of the Conference).

8.The Seventh Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Kuwait, on 28 and 29 April 2002.

9.The Eighth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Yaoundé,Republic of Cameroon on 15-16 January 2003.(Held along with the 5^thSession of the Council)

10.The Ninth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia on 17 and 18 September 2003.

11.The Tenth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Dakar, Republic of Senegal on 5 – 6 March 2004. (Held along with the 3rd Session of the Conference).

12.The Eleventh Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Beirut, Republic of Lebanon on 7 – 8 October 2004.

13.The Twelfth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Beirut, Republic of Lebanon on 7 – 8 February, 2005. (Held along with the 7th Session of the Council)

14.The Thirteenth Meeting of the Executive Committee held at the headquarters of the PUIC in Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran on 20 – 21 November, 2005.

15.The Fourteenth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Istanbul, Republic of Turkey on 8–9 April, 2006. (Held along with the 4th Session of the Conference)

16.The Fifteenth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 28 – 29 November, 2006.

17.The Sixteenth Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 13 – 14 February, 2007. (Held along with the 9th Session of the Council)
