Secretary General Congratulates President of the Advisory Council in Niger

H.E. the PUIC Secretary General Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, expressed sincere congratulations to H.E. Dr. Mamoudou Harouna Djingarey on the occasion of his election as President of the Advisory Council for the Refoundation in Niger.

The Secretary General characterized the establishment of the Advisory Council as a historic moment and a major milestone for the country and Parliamentary Democracy.

H.E. prayed to Almighty Allah to guide Dr. Djingarey in the accomplishment of his mission, and reiterated his firm commitment to further strengthening ties of cooperation between the PUIC and the Advisory Council in Niger.
