The PUIC Secretary General, Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kilic congratulated H.E. Mr. Manuel Serifo Nhamafjo, for his election as Speaker of the National Assembly of the sisterly Republic of Guinea Bissau.
In his congratulatory message, he prayed to Almighty God, to guarantee Mr. Nhamafjo success. He expressed his willingness to work further to strengthen cooperative relations between the PUIC and the National Assembly of Guinea Bissau.
