PUIC Secretary General Congratulates Speaker of Gabon's Parliament

The Secretary General of the PUIC, H.E. Mr Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, expressed his sincere congratulations to H.E. Mr Jean-François Ndongou, Speaker of the Gabonese Transitional National Assembly, on the successful organisation of the presidential elections held in Gabon, in which H.E. Mr Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema won the election.
