H.E. the PUIC Secretary General Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC expressed pleasure for the election of H.E. Mr. Barton Scotland as Speaker of the National Assembly of the of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.
In his Message of congratulation, Prof. KILIC wished success for Mr. Scotland in his new post, reconfirming his continuous cooperation with him and the National Assembly of Guyana.
