H.E. Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States, Expresses his condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attack which targeted the Canadian Parliament in the Federal Capital Ottawa.
His Excellency calls for maintaining all headquarters of Parliaments as safe and stable places away from any targeting because parliamentarians express the views and aspirations of peoples towards the achievement of security, peace and development.
