H.E. Mrs. Jozefina TOPALLI COBA, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, expressed her belief in the continuous contribution of the PUIC to the benefit of the promotion of dialogue among civilizations, and exchanges of experiences among Member Parliaments. In her reply message to the PUIC Secretary General, Mrs. Jozefina TOPALLI COBA emphasized the continuation of cooperation between the Albanian Parliament and the Union. The Honourable Speaker stated that she avails herself of this opportunity “to reiterate to you my invitation for an official visit to Albania”.
