The PNC informed those parliaments and unions about the dangers and consequences of the declaration issued by the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on 18/11/2019 stating that Israel settlement in the Occupied Palestinian territories does not contradict international law.
The PNC considered also the declaration as a brazen violation and challenge to an established legal principle enshrined in the International law and the international humanitarian law, and included in scores of relevant international resolutions, which considered all forms of settlement illegal and null, and must be dismantled.
