His Excellency Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi NIASS, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC), condemned the terrorist attack which targeted a military barracks in the village of Andiliman in northern Mali.
The attack left 54 people dead and caused big material damage, according to a Malian government statement.
Praying for mercy on the dead, the Secretary General declares that the Union stands with Mali in its fight against terrorism.
