H.E. the PUIC Secretary General Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, expressed his utmost sorrow and heartfelt condolences for the crash of a military transport helicopter plane in western Afghanistan which resulted in the death a number of members of the Farah provincial council.
In his message of condolences sent to H.E. Mr. Abdul Raouf Ibrahimi, Speaker of the House of People in Afghanistan, the Secretary General prayed to Almighty God to give mercy and forgiveness to the dead, as well as patience and consolation to their families, and to protect Afghanistan from all misfortune.
