H.E. Professor Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC attended the 12th Afro-Arab Parliamentary Conference on 22-23 of April 2009 in Abuja (Republic of Nigeria).
On sideline of the Conference the PUIC Secretary General met with the Nigerian Speaker of Parliament and exchanged ideas of the Nigerian Parliament to join the PUIC.
