The PUIC General Secretariat expresses sincere congratulations to H.E. Dr. Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC, PUIC Secretary General, on the occasion of his complete recovery from the unforeseen stroke which affected him on 27th December 2013 and confined him to the hospital bed. The General Secretariat is pleased to inform that His Excellency Prof. KILIC has now resumed the duties of his mission.
