An IPU Press Note reports that two members of PUIC Parliaments have been assassinated during this year.
The Press Note stated that Somali MP Feisal Warsame Mohammed was killed on 6th December when a car bomb blew up his car in Mogadishu.
It also stated that on 22 November, Yemeni MP Abdulkareem Jadban was gunned down.
It explained that the two incidents seemed to be politically motivated aimed at silencing two outspoken members of parliaments.
