The General Secretariat of the PUIC regularly prepares CDs before holding its meetings and DVDs after its meetings. CDs are to be distributed to all participants during the meetings in order to have the whole Previous Reports of Conferences and General Committees (Council), Executive Committees and Standing Specialize Committees, Publications: Bulletins, Parliament Directory, 10th Anniversary of the PUIC, Regulations of the PUIC: About PUIC, Statute and Rules of the PUIC organs in PDF format and in 3 languages and PowerPoint program for introducing the PUIC Website in English.
DVDs are sent by DHL to all members after end of PUIC meetings including the Final Reports in PDF format and in 3 languages, Photos and Films of the meetings.
