PUIC Secretary General Professor Mahmud Erol KILIC sent a congratulatory message to H.E. Mr. Brigi Rafini on the occasion of his appointment to the post of Prime Minister of the Republic of Niger.
The Secretary General expressed his sincere wish to maintain and further strengthen the friendly relations with His Excellency, both personally and officially. It is worth mentioning that Mr. Rafini was active in the proceedings of the PUIC organs.
