Upon a kind invitation from the distinguished Lebanese Parliament, H.E. Prof.Mahmud Erol KILIC , Secretary General of the PUIC - accompanied by H.E. Amb. Ali Asghar Mohammadi, the PUIC Assistant Secretary General- attended – on Observer Statutes- in the "Water Forum in the Arab world and neighboring countries," which was held in Beirut from 13 to 15 May 2010,
In his visit to Beirut, H.E. Secretary General, had the honour to have a meeting with H.E. Saad Al Hariri, the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Leader of the Movement of the Future,
 The two sides discussed  means to promote the joint Islamic action and consolidate cooperation in matters of common concern among the PUIC Member Parliaments.
The talks between the two sides included also the means to strengthening bilateral cooperation between PUIC and the Republic of Lebanon on issues of common interest.
