H.E. Mr. Marzuki  Alie, the Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives Chaired the  third  working session, held on 31/1/2010 . At the third meeting  members of the PUIC  Council ,the Executive Committee, and members of the Standing specialized committees were elected.   The election of H.E. Mr. Abdul Aziz  ALGHORAIR ,Speaker of the National Council of the United Arab Emirates  as President of the 13th session of the PUIC Council  ( From the Arab Group) was  also announced.  
At the end of the meeting chaired by His Excellency Mr. Edward  Kiwanuka Ssekandi, Speaker  of the Parliament of Uganda, the Conference adopted the final report of the sixth session of the Conference and the  Parliament of Indonesia was  approved to host seventh session of the PUIC  Conference.
At the end of the Session, The Kampala Declaration was read  along with the cable of appreciation to H.E. President Yoweri  Kaguta Musevini for sponsoring  the Sixth Conference and inaugurating its  proceedings, and  for the keynote speech delivered by His Excellency in the Conference .
