The world celebrates the 29th of November every year as the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people. This year's commemoration comes at a time when the Palestinian people are facing unprecedented barbaric aggression at the hands of the vicious Zionist occupation forces. This has resulted in the destruction of large parts of Gaza City to the point where it looks like it has been hit by a massive and violent earthquake. Infrastructure, hospitals, schools, places of worship, as well as international and public institutions were destroyed.

Tens of thousands of Palestinians were martyred and injured, most of whom were women and children, and more than a million people were displaced and made homeless, all this in the midst of extreme cold and changing climatic conditions, as a result of this atrocious aggression by the Zionist entity, which has deprived the people of Gaza, who have been living under an unjust siege for years, of water, electricity, food and medicine.

In parallel with the Zionist aggression on Gaza, the rate of killings and assaults on West Bank residents by the occupation forces and settler gangs has doubled.
