The Second Meeting of the Adhoc Committee to Draw up a Plan to Reform the Union by Developing its Statute and Regulations will be held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt on 20th and 21st December, 2009 at the level of experts as well at the level of Speakers.
The recommendations of these meetings will be presented to the 6th Session of the PUIC Conference which will be held in Kampala, Republic of Uganda.
