PUIC Sessional President Offers Condolences to Libya

H.E. the Speaker of the National People’s Assembly of Algeria, Mr. Ibrahim Boughali, offers the most sincere condolences to the brotherly Libyan people, following the great tragedy which took place in the country as a result of floods which affected several towns in Libya and caused huge losses in lives and properties.
