  • Condemn in the strongest terms the unprecedented escalation initiated by the Israeli occupation authorities against the Palestinian people and the Islamic sanctities in Palestine,
  • Affirm that the Al Aqsa Mosque has a special status and holiness for all Muslims, and that all must respect its inviolability and not to harm it in any way,

  • Call on the international community to act urgently and immediately to stop these violations and bring punishments on their perpetrators,
  • Call also on the international community to take firm measures so that such practices which violate the international law and resolutions of the international legitimacy are not repeated, and to put an end to the policy of double standards, and the logic of impunity from punishment which are in practice whenever the matter is related to the crimes of the Israeli occupation,
  • Call on international organizations, primarily the UN Security Council, to shoulder their responsibilities for the Palestinian people and peoples of the region, and to take necessary measures to stop the Israeli aggression, and provide protection for Islamic sanctities, and enable the Palestinian people to freely practice their religious rituals in security and satisfaction.
  • Request the UN to take anticipative strides to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future in coordination with Jordan as the Custodian of the Al Aqsa Mosque compound,
  • Invite the UN Human Rights Council to hold an emergency meeting in order to consider the serious and multiple human rights violations in Palestine by the forces of the Israeli occupation,
  • Request an urgent action by the international Criminal Court (ICC) to consider the Israeli violations and Crimes which aim at liquidating the Palestinian ethnicity, and to take collective punishment thereon,
  • Call on the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to issue a legal opinion as soon as possible as regards the legal position of the long-lasting Israeli occupation and its criminal practices against the Palestinian people, and the obligations of the international community vis- a - vis this situation, in accordance with the UN General Assembly Resolution No. 247/77,
  • Invite international and regional Parliaments and unions to condemn the violations of the Israeli occupation, and its aggressive war, and to support the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people,
  • While reiterating our firm support to the Palestinian people and their legitimate inalienable rights, in accordance with the international legitimacy, and our constant holding to the sanctity of Al Aqsa, and its inviolability, and our categorical rejection of all attempts at judaization or desecration or prevention of Muslims from performing their rituals, we remind of the necessity of finding a just solution to the Palestinian issue in the framework of the resolutions of the UN Security Council and the General Assembly, which guarantee the establishment of the independent Palestinian States with Al – Quds Al Sharif as its Capital.
