It may be pointed out that H.E. Mr. Ibrahim Boughali, Speaker of the Algerian National People’s Assembly, has conducted contacts and telephone calls with some Speakers of PUIC Member Parliaments, including the two members of the Troika, where he affirmed the necessity of studying these serious violations and their developments as regards the inviolability of the holy places, and the rights of Muslims to perform their religious rituals during the current blessed month, stressing that such a situation necessitates the convening of an emergency meeting in order to take appropriate decisions and recommendations.
