In a message to H.E. Mr. Rashid Al Talbi Al Alami, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Morocco, the Secretary General offered sincere condolences to Mr. Al Alami and the Moroccan Parliament.
He prayed to Almighty God to shower the dear departed with His mercy and grant him paradise, and to give his relatives solace and patience.
