This came in two separate messages he sent to H.E. Mr. Rachid Talbi El Alami, Speaker of the House of Representatives and to H.E. Al -Naam Miyara, Speaker of the House of Councilors of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The Secretary General stated that this victory has been the result of excellent performance, high moral spirit and insistance on achieving victory. He added that the strong will of the Moroccan team gives optimism and hope to gain further victories for this team as well as for the other PUIC teams participating in this great sporting event.
