This came in a message of condolence dispatched by His Excellency to H.E. Mr. Moustapha Niasse, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Senegal.
The Secretary General said, “While presenting my sincere condolences and my sympathy to your Excellency, to the Senegalese Parliament and government, and above all, to the families of these little innocent victims, I wish them patience and consolation; and I am convinced that Allah will place these newborns in His Paradise.
He concluded the message by very sincere expressions of all respectful and sad feelings.
