This was contained in a message sent by the Secretary General to His Excellency Mr. Saqr Qobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council of the UAE.
In his message, the Secretary General stated: “While congratulating ourselves as an Islamic Ummah on this election, we pray to Almighty God to bless to His Highness and the people of the Emirates this occasion”.
He also prayed to God, the Most Exalted, to enhance the progress of the State of the UAE in terms of advancement, plenty and prosperity, and to bestow on the Islamic Ummah further glory, victory and enablement.
