PNC Holds Enemy Total Responsibility For Life of Palestinian Prisoners

Speaker of the Palestine National Council (PNC) H.E. Mr. Salim Al- Zanoon sent a message to H.E. the PUIC Secretary General Mr. Mohamed Khouraichi Niass explaining the harsh conditions facing the Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli enemy’s jails, especially since 6th September when six Palestinian prisoners succeeded to get free from the high – security prison of Gilboa through a tunnel dug leading to outside the prison.
