This came in a message he addressed to H.E. Mr. Amadou Soumahoro, Speaker of the National Assembly of Cote d’Ivoire. The Secretary General said that his message reflects the sincerest expression of all his respect and sorrow on this occasion. He prayed for mercy and forgiveness to the late Mr. Bakayoko.
