The PUIC Secretary General, H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, condemns this action which harms the security of Algeria, whose parliament is a PUIC Member.
His Excellency recalls the resolutions of the PUIC Conferences which denounce all terrorist actions, especially in Algeria, which achieved victory in the past over actions that targeted its security and stability.
We are certain that the combatant people of Algeria will overcome all challenges, and Algeria shall remain an oasis of Security and stability.
