In his message of congratulation, H. E. the Secretary General prayed to Almighty God to grant success to Mr. Cassamá in the accomplishment of his mission. He stressed his wishes to exert further effort for strengthening relations of cooperation between the PUIC and the National People’s Assembly of Guinea Bissau.
