H.E. the PUIC Secretary General, Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, confirmed, on the occasion of the commemoration of the “Nekba” of Palestine, PUIC stand on the side of the combatant Palestinians, and support them in order to recover their full rights, and establish their independent Palestinian state, with the city of Al Quds as its capital, with Al Aqsa Mosque in its heart, “First Qibla and Third of the Holy Mosques”.

H.E. the Secretary General recalled that the PUIC, has affirmed, through its conferences, that the Palestinian cause is the primary cause of Muslims, and that it is time to give justice to the struggling Palestinian people in order to gain their total freedom, and that it is not possible to compromise on any right of this people with whom the entire Islamic Nation stands.

Memory of the “Nekba” passes these days. This catastrophe, which took place on 15 May, 1948, was materialized then in the declaration by the Zionist entity to establish the State of Israel, which resulted in the dispersion of 950,000 Palestinians from their homeland, following the crime of ethnic cleansing against them, by committing 250 massacres, and the destruction of about 531 villages and towns.

After the passage of 72 years after the Nekba, the Palestinian People is still suffering the crimes of the Zionist occupation, and living tragic conditions inside and outside their homeland.

The passage of this memory coincides this year with a wild Zionist attack to liquidate the Palestinian cause through the well-known “deal of the century” amid the spread of the corona virus pandemic which the Zionist authorities has taken as a pretext to expedite the demolition of the houses of Palestinians and deport their inhabitants.

It is the duty of Muslims, while the commemoration of the “Nekba” is passing now during the last ten days of the blessed month of Ramadan, to remember their brethren who are steadfast in Palestine under brutal authorities which are occupying the land, killing people, desecrating sanctities, torturing detainees and plundering resources. The duty of the Ummah is to stand by their side, support them by all available force, and pray to Allah to release them, give them glory and victory.

We ought to know that Al Aqsa Mosque, and the blessed area around it, is the responsibility of the Arab Nation and non-Arab Muslims, and also all the believers of divine messages and people of conscience in all areas of the world.
