The PUIC Secretary General, H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, denounced the terrorist attack, and offered sincere condolences to the families of the victims. He prayed to Almighty God to shower His mercy on the dead, expedite the recovery of the wounded and grant Niger and neighboring Sahel States further security and stability.
His Excellency recalled the unanimous resolutions of PUIC Conferences on extending support to the Sahel States in their fight against terrorism.
