The PUIC Holds an Emergency Meeting on the issue of Palestine

At the initiative of His Excellency Mr. Ibrahim Boughali, President of the National People’s Assembly of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, President of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC) a virtual emergency meeting was held with the Members of the Troika and the members of the Palestine Committee of the PUIC, in order to study the Palestinian issue, especially the critical situation prevailing recently in the Palestinian arena, as well as the violent Zionist aggression on the Palestinian worshipers in Al Aqsa Mosque and all the Palestinian people.

PUIC President Calls for Convening Emergency Meeting Virtually for Sake of Palestine

In view of the emergency situation in Palestine, especially the recent blatant aggression launched by the occupation Zionist entity on Al Aqsa Mosque, Mr. Ibrahim Boughali, Speaker of the National People’s Assembly of Algeria, calls in his capacity as President of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC), for holding a virtual emergency meeting of the Presidential Troika and Palestine Committee, on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.

Secretary General Strongly Condemns Violation of Sanctity of Al Aqsa Mosque

H.E. the PUIC Secretary General, Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, expressed his strong condemnation and denunciation of events unfolding in the Palestinian arena such as provocative actions to the sentiments of Muslims through the violation of the sanctities of Al Aqsa Mosque, and the aggression on the worshippers inside the mosque, in the holy month of Ramadan, First Qibla and Third of the Holy Sanctuaries, and the violence against those worshippers and all Palestinians on the hands of the occupation forces and settler gangs.
