PUIC Secretary General Consoles the People of the Capital City of Kuwait

In the wake of the outbreak of a massive fire in a building in Mangaf city, south of the Kuwaiti capital, which led to severe material and human losses which was described as a horrific humanitarian disaster, the PUIC Secretary General, H.E. Mr Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass expressed his wholehearted solidarity with those affected by this incident, praying to Allah Almighty to compensate them for their losses and damage, inspire them with patience and resilience and have mercy on them with His great care.
