Following the swearing-in ceremony at the Iranian Islamic Parliament, the Secretary General conveyed his sincere congratulations to the new Iranian President and wished him success in his duties and for the Iranian people to enjoy prosperity and well-being.
The ceremony was attended by a number of heads of state, ministers and officials from various countries. It was also attended by some Speakers and delegations from PUIC member parliaments.
