H.E. Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC, Secretary General of the PUIC sent a Ramadan congratulatory letter to H.E. Mr. Mahamane OUSMANE, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Niger. In his message H.E. Secretary General expressed his good wishes for the welfare of the people of Niger. He also expressed His thanks for hosting the meetings of the PUIC Council and Executive Committee in Niamey (Feb 2009) as well as expressing his wishes for the Success of the 3rd edition of the Diplomatic Conference Large North / South which is going to be convened in Niamey shortly.
