PUIC Secretary General Statement on Attack in Tripoli

H.E. the PUIC Secretary General condemned and denounced, the strong explosion which rocked the Libyan Foreign Affairs Ministry, in Tripoli, on 25th December 2018, that resulted in the death of 4 persons –at least- including Mr. Ibrahim Al-Shaibi, Director of the Islamic Department at the Ministry.
