H.E. Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC, PUIC Secretary General expressed his congratulations to H.E. Mr. Dastan Jumabekov on his election as Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh (Supreme Council) of the Kyrgyz Republic.
