The Secretary General and Dr. Halit Eren, Director General of the Research Centre for Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA) signed an agreement of cooperation between the Centre and the PUIC in Istanbul on 11.5.2010. 
 

The agreement envisioned:-

1    Cooperation in all fields that serve their common objectives, especially carrying out activities and actions aimed at informing about Islamic civilization, its development and spread throughout history as well as its heritage, and facing the perils that threaten it and the means to preserve it.
2  Regular coordination and exchanging views and expertise in order to assist both parties in achieving their common objectives.
3   Exchanging invitations to attend the activities carried out by each other whenever appropriate.
4 Assisting in preparing technical, organizational and administrative studies.
5  Exchanging documents, reports and publications relating to matters of common interest.
6    The agreement shall enter into force upon its signature.
