His Excellency the PUIC Secretary General, Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC expressed his congratulation to H.E. Mr. Bakhtikozha Izmukhambetov on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the Mazhilis (House of Representatives) of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In his message of felicitation Prof. KILIC stated that this election reflects the high credibility invested in Mr. Izmukhambetov.
He also expressed the hope that the Mazhilis will strongly participate in future meetings of the PUIC, and stressed continuation of cooperation with the new Speaker and the august House of Representatives of Kazakhstan.
