H.E. the PUIC Secretary General Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC Expressed sincere congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Marzuk Ali Al-Ghanim on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the National Assembly of the State of Kuwait.
In his congratulatory message the PUIC Secretary General stated that the election of Mr. Al-Ghanim to this high position is apt to enhance joint Islamic Parliamentary action.
Prof. KILIC also expressed his appreciation of the moral support given always to the PUIC by the State of Kuwait and its august Assembly.
