His Excellency the PUIC Secretary General, Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kiliç has sent a congratulation message to the Speaker of Malian Parliament, His Excellency Mr. Younoussi Touré, on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the National Assembly of the sisterly Republic of Mali.
In his congratulatory message, he expressed his sincere wish and readiness to work hard to strengthen relations of cooperation between the PUIC and the National Assembly of the sisterly Republic of Mali.
