H.E. the PUIC Secretary General Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC felicitated H.E. Mr. Kabibulla Jakupov on the occasion of his election as the Speaker of the House of Representatives (Mazhilis) of Kazakhstan.
In his message of congratulation Prof. KILIC stated that this election reflects the high credibility invested in the high person of Mr. Jakupov. H.E. also stressed the continuous cooperation of the PUIC General Secretariat with the House of Representatives and its Speaker.
