The PUIC Secretary General H.E. Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC sent a message of congratulations to H.E. Sheikh Khalid Bin Hilal Bin Nasser Al Mawali on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the Shura Council of the Sultanate of Oman.
In his message the Secretary General Stated that Al Mawali’s election is a clear proof of his competence as an outstanding political leader at the Omani and Islamic levels.
