PUIC Secretary General Professor Mahmud Erol KILIC attended the 2nd Operational Meeting of the PAM Panel on External Trade and Investments in the Mediterranean which was held at the UN Headquarters in Geneva- Switzerland on 4-5 May 2011. The Secretary General also participated in the deliberations of the Assembly which followed under the chairmanship of H.E. Abdelwahed Radi.
