PUIC Secretary General Professor Mahmud Erol KILIC participated in the Second Plenary Session of TURKPA which was held on 27-29 April 2011 in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Secretary General delivered a speech at this Session. TURKPA was established in Istanbul, Turkey in November 2008.
