PUIC Secretary General Professor Mahmud Erol KILIC participated in the proceedings in the International Conference on Interculturality which was held in Palma de Mallorca in Spain on 3 March – 2 April 2011. The Secretary General delivered a speech at the Conference addressing aspects of interculterality . The Conference was organized by the Instituto Brasileiro De Filosofia E Ciecia Raimundo Lulio.
