PUIC Secretary General H. E. Professor Mahmud Erol KILIC addressed a message of condolences and consolation to the Speaker of the National Assembly of the State of Kuwait H.E. Sheikh Jassem al-Khorafi on the passing away of his brother sheikh Nasser Al-Khorafi.
In his message to Sheikh Jassim Al-Khorafi Professor KILIC stated that he received the news of the demise of his brother with the utmost sadness and anguish, praying to Almighty Allah to shower the deceased with His mercy.
