Four international organizations have joined the PUIC in an observer capacity.
The 13th Session of the PUIC Council, held recently in Abu Dhabi, has approved the accession of these organizations to the Union as Observers on a reciprocal basis. These organizations are:
- Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking Countries (TURKPA)
- Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC)
- Research Centre for Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA)
-Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO)
